Every RentSpace user saves monthly toward their rent goal. We use this saving behaviour to calculate a Savings Velocity Score—how fast and consistently you meet your rent-saving target. The faster and more consistently you save, the higher your tier and the larger your grocery-financing limit (₦20,000–₦100,000).

Two Ways to Shop
Create a monthly grocery budget in the app. Then choose to save first or finance and repay.
Save-Then-Shop
Commit to a grocery goal monthly, like rent savings. Funds are deducted from your wallet at a preset frequency. Once your full grocery budget is saved, you get a checkout prompt—then we deliver or schedule pickup.
Finance-and-Repay
Short-term grocery financing (e.g. 2–4 weeks) if you're eligible: minimum 3 months active on RentSpace, no default on Rent Support, verified income. Instalments are auto-deducted weekly or biweekly. On-time payment = 0% charge; missed payment may incur a fee (e.g. 3–5%).

Market Mingle offers short-term grocery financing between ₦20,000 and ₦100,000. The exact amount depends on how well you save toward your rent goal within the first 3 months. The system reviews your tier every 3 months.
